Jcdezign: in Google and ranking within 24 hours
Yesterday I blogged about a new site that was re-developed from a flash only website into a HTML website – Jcdezign. The goal was to get a top 10 ranking in Google within a few weeks, and I was going to report back on its progress. As a Flash site on a hosted domain name the site could not be found for business name – a sure sign of a site in trouble.
Today, I wanted to check if the site had been indexed and found it had, and out of curiosity decided to run some search queries. To my surprise the site is already ranking number 7 on Google NZ for ‘auckland house staging’ and number 10 for ‘auckland home staging‘. These rankings will fluctuate over the coming weeks but it’s a great start and more than even I would have expected within just 24 hours of adding the first link to the website.
