Background
Housedressings is an Auckland Home Staging business run by Lorraine Wilson, offering home and apartment staging, interior decorating and clutter clearing services.
Their previous website, though attractive, was not generating any leads at all. Lorraine was having to rely solely on networking and cold calling to get new business. Looking for a way to improve things with the website, Lorraine turned to the web.

While on the phone with Lorraine, Michelle reviewed the website and found some major structural and marketing issues that were stopping the site from performing well online. It was Michelle’s professional recommendation that rather than try and fix some of these problems, it might be better in the long run to completely re-build the website from the ground up.

- Came up with two new design concepts for the site for Lorraine to pick from
- Re-wrote the entire contents of the website, including entirely new web copy
- Search engine optimised every page of the site and submitted the site to web directories

Within days of the new site going live Lorraine has been inundated with phone calls and emails.
